Goldstein Hall PLLC is pleased to announce that it has retained Jerry Levine as Special Counsel to the firm in connection with complex real estate developments.
Mr. Levine brings his vast experience working in HUD/FHA, government-assisted housing and community development programs, tax exempt bond financing, tax credits, public housing and multifamily mortgage financing transactions for the affordable housing real estate industry.
In addition to his diverse involvement with numerous government financing projects and programs, he also represents a wide range of multifamily and commercial housing and commercial real estate financing and development participants, including owners, developers, lenders, public charter schools and other nonprofit organizations that acquire, develop, finance and manage real estate facilities.
