Aisha Johnson concentrates her practice on real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, banking, cooperative and condominium law, and real estate finance.
She has nearly twenty years of experience practicing as a real estate attorney with an emphasis on representing lenders, purchasers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial transactions. Aisha advises clients from contract through closing and has closed thousands of deals. Key to what gives Aisha an edge in the field is her broad range of experience in the real estate industry. This extensive background in real estate gives Aisha a unique perspective and insight into various sides of a transaction, and enables her to anticipate issues and proactively problem solve. Clients and colleagues alike note that she is pragmatic, detail-oriented and highly effective, even when faced with complicated and time-sensitive matters.
Aisha earned her JD from Howard University School of Law and a BA in political science from Hampton University. She is admitted to the New York State bar.
