Jonathan Wong concentrates his practice in affordable housing and real estate transactions including residential and commercial purchases and sales, banking and finance, and corporate governance.

Jonathan works with a range of clients from not-for-profit, for-profit, to individual buyers, sellers and investors of New York properties.  Jonathan is experienced in all types of transactions, including the transfers of cooperatives, condominiums, houses, as well as mixed-use and commercial properties.

At Brooklyn Law School, Jonathan participated in the Corporate and Real Estate clinic, served as an intern with GFI Capital Resources Group Inc., and created a master financial model with Professor Borden for Professor Borden’s casebook,Taxation and Business Planning for Real Estate Transactions. Jonathan was the recipient of the 2017 CALI award in Partnership Taxation.
