Our panel of industry experts will discuss:\n\nhow to become an M/WBE certified developer or contractor,\nmaximizing resources and opportunities available once a developer/ contractor is part of the M/WBE cohort (including HPD lead programs),\nbreaking into the affordable housing network (who are the key players, securing public and private partnerships and tips to prepare for new projects),\npolicy recommendations to improve the current regulatory landscape and promote the mayor’s goal to increase M/WBE participation.\n\nThis panel will provide intellectual capital, which will serve as a means of furthering emerging minority and women developers and contractors in affordable housing.\nSeminar Co-sponsored by:\nNew York State Association of Minority Contractors (NYSAMC)\n\n\nFREE Seminar.
