DESCRIPTION:Recent analysis by the Urban Institute revealed there are 800 vacant parcels owned by houses of worship in just four jurisdictions in the region that could potentially catalyze the development of between 49,000 and 109,000 units of housing. Join HAND, Enterprise Community Partners, and Goldstein Hall PLLC for an interactive session featuring affordable housing practitioners, clergy and lay leaders who have successfully partnered to develop affordable housing and community facilities across the Washington Region.
