Please join Goldstein Hall in congratulating Niki Tsismenakis on her promotion to Senior Associate. She began working with Goldstein Hall as a a Law Clerk in 2010, becoming an Associate in 2011. During her five years at the firm she has practiced affordable housing and community development, corporate governance, real estate finance, cooperative and condominium law and not-for-profit law. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School in 2011, Ms. Tsismenakis participated in their Corporate and Real Estate Clinic, where she advised low-income cooperative boards on corporate governance issues.As an Associate at Goldstein Hall, Ms. Tsismenakis has provided a wide-range of services and counsel for a variety of for profit and non-profit clients – notably serving in the following transactions:
Ms. Tsismenakis has received the Max M. Lome Memorial Prize for Excellence in Urban Law, the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Commercial Leasing, Negotiation, and Corporate & Real Estate Clinic seminar. Additionally, Ms. Tsismenakis is a member of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives, the New York Housing Conference’s Young Leadership Council, and the New York Chapter of Women in Housing and Finance.
